R. Ariel Poltielov, Esq. is the principal of Poltielov Law Firm P.C., a firm that he started in 2015. He is an experienced litigator, providing comprehensive legal representation in a wide range of real estate and commercial related matters, including foreclosure defense, real estate litigation, loan modifications and merchant cash defense.
Mr. Poltielov also represents clients in real estate transactions, guiding buyers and sellers through all stages of the closing process. He presents clients in the purchase and sale of single and multi-family homes, condominiums and cooperatives in New York. In addition, he handles commercial real estate transactions and commercial leasing.
Mr. Poltielov is a graduate of CUNY Queens College (B.A., 2006) and Touro Law School (J.D., 2011).
Outside of the office, Mr. Poltielov enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and two daughters, playing volleyball and ping pong.
